About Us

Artifex Mundi is a young game development studio from Poland, formally a part of ZSK Progres s.c. , a company founded in 1991 as both software developer and reseller and granted an elite title of Microsoft Gold Certified Partner in 2005. In the same year the company managing board decided to open a new branch of activity focused on game development in cooperation with Institute of Informatics in The Silesian University of Technology. Eventually, in early 2006 Artifex Mundi Game Development Studio was founded. Since then the studio has released six titles and work on a few other projects is now in progress. Since July 2008 Artifex Mundi is a licensed Nintendo Wii and DS developer. Since November 2008 we are a licensed XBox 360 developer.

Apart from game development, several Artifex Mundi employees also lecture at the Silesian University of Technology in the field of interactive 3D graphics and computer games programming.
