Teaching with games (25-1-2007)

NESTA Futurelab has conducted a very interesting research on "Teaching with games". British teachers have been asked to give their view on the issue of using games in teaching process.

Of course, we do not have on mind any brutal productions like 'Doom', 'Kingpin' or 'Postal' but rather games more educationally oriented (the research was for instance on 'Knights of Honor' strategy). What is interesting, 59% of responders were for the idea of using a game during lessons, and more than 90% said that games had positive effect on developing skills of youths.
