Enigmatis: The Ghosts of Maple Creek SE for the Mac

Enigmatis for the Mac in the Standard Edition version appeared on Big Fish Games today.

The game was published in September at first as a Collector’s Edition (with bonuses like extra gameplay, wallpapers, time travelling encyclopedia and mini games).

Now, in the SE, players will get to experience the basic version of the game, with no bonuses, but with the same deeply intriguing detective story the CE offered.

Full version of Time Mysteries: Inheritance in the AppStore

Some time ago a freemium version of our best casual game has become available in the AppStore. The freemium version gave a chance to get to know the game without having to buy it. Not everyone enjoys that solution, which is why the game’s publisher, Big Fish Games, has released an iPad version of the game allowing the purchase of the full product. All HOPA fans who like to play on the iPad are encouraged to visit the AppStore.

Spectacular ratings of our game!

Enigmatis: The Ghosts of Maple Creek is our HOPA (hidden object puzzle adventure) game, currently in development, which has been tested recently by a few hundred of randomly chosen Big Fish Games users. Each of the participants filled out a complex questionnaire, which was the base for the game’s rating.

The game was published and translated into 10 languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Danish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch and Swedish.

Hospital Haste is an exciting and challenging PC Time Management Casual Game in which the player takes on the role of a young, cheerful and energetic girl dreaming about creating the best charity clinic in the world. The player tries as hard as she/he can, to overcome difficulties and make Sally"s dream come true. As nurse Sally, the player takes care of patients by ensuring that all the patients who come to the hospital get a good diagnosis, bringing prescriptions and treating them for different ailments and conditions. Taking care of the patients, Sally helps to develop the hospital from a run-down state to one with prospering facilities.

Halloween time management game is coming!

Haunted Domains is a great challenging Time Management game, embedded in a grotesque, fearsome climate. In the game the player impersonates Sheila, a young decoration specialist, acting bell-boy, maid and manager. Sheila tries to deal with five ruined and haunted properties. The real estates which are populated by terrifying creatures with more terrifying problems are very hard to manage!

Haunted Domains is already finished but due to publishing issues will be available in Autumn 2011.

Time Mysteries: Inheritance is a Hidden Object Game in which the player impersonates Vivien Ambrose, acclaimed Physician and sails through the mysteries of time, trying to stop the one who kidnapped her father. To rescue him, Vivien needs some assistance from mysterious crystal ball. Unfortunately this mystic being hurt during one of the time travels, needs some help of its own and so Vivien finds herself on a quest for seven magical rings to restore the power for the crystal ball. Looking for the rings Vivien has to solve many challenging puzzles, find various hidden objects and get through ages of human history. Will she stand to this challenge?

The polish premiere of the Nail`d in December

Naild is the newest Techland racing game which makes its debut in Poland on December the 3rd. In the game the player sits behind the handle bars of a quad or motorbike to take part in a series of exciting races located in four astonishingly designed environments and fight with various obstacles, take-offs and dangers. The Yosemite National Park, Andes, the rock wilderness of Arizona or the dry Mediterranean areas are awe-inspiring places that just increase the experience of extreme speed and hot rivalry.

Artifex Mundi took part in the game development. We had been working on AI behaviour, designed a few of Yosemite tracks and also worked on some art assets for the game.

Check out what our new game will be like

Sheila, a young woman working in the decoration business, gets telegram about her grandfather death. She travels to an odd little town straight from an old horror movie. During the burial she gets a grandpa's letter from the family lawyer. The letter says her grandpa was a famous "monster hunter" but there is a suspicious stain in the hunter word. Sheila decides to follow in her late grandfather's footsteps, and became another famous hunter.

She is informed that owners of several ruined and haunted properties in various places of the world are waiting for her help. When Sheila visits first cursed mansion, she quickly realizes the monstrous inhabitants need her help and care rather than hunting down. She realizes her mistake - her grandpa wasn't the "monster hunter" but the "monster helper". From now on Sheila will try to help monsters get on their feet. As a decoration specialist she will also redecorate old mansions for their owners, changing ruined properties into a luxury hotels for monsters. Satisfied creatures will pay Sheila for the services, and local townsfolk will be happy monsters don't roam their lands anymore.
