Artifex Mundi. Record-breaking revenues of Unsolved

09.11.2022

According to preliminary estimates, in October, Artifex Mundi’s revenues increased by 19%, reaching PLN 3.3 million. The main reason for the sales results is the growing revenues from the commercialization of the Unsolved application, which in the past month increased by 84% YoY, reaching a record-breaking amount of PLN 2.1 million.

In the past month, the revenues from the free-to-play segment increased by 63%, reaching PLN 2.2 million. In comparison with September of the current year, the revenues from the segment increased by 10%. Artifex Mundi’s bestseller remains the Unsolved mobile app, which offers players the chance to play some of the HOPA games available in the Group’s portfolio for a limited time (based on usable energy, which is slightly renewed every day and can be purchased in the application). In comparison with September, the revenues from the app’s commercialization increased by PLN 0.2 million (with an increase in marketing expenditures of PLN 30 thousand).

“We witness a steady improvement of the application’s KPIs, resulting from dozens of changes introduced to the application in 2022, for example, in the area of content. We hope that the effectiveness of the current version of the application will only grow, and apart from working on its improvement, we’re gradually developing its new version, whose commercial potential, in our view, can be considerably greater,” says Przemysław Błaszczyk, President of the publicly listed company.

In October, the segment of HOPA games, which are commercialized as premium products, generated revenues of over PLN 1 million, compared to less than PLN 0.9 million in September of the current year and PLN 1.35 million in October 2021. The MoM sales increase results from our renewed efforts to expand Artifex Mundi’s portfolio for console users, which led to the release of Lost Grimoires 2: Shard of Mystery and 9 Clues 2: The Ward.
