In accordance with privacy laws, we respect user’s right to be forgotten and provide a solution for erasure of user data related to player profile. The solution is automated and does not require the user to contact us via community support.
To utilize the solution, login to the game using the account that is associated with your in-game profile (Google Account, Apple ID, or none if you keep your save data locally), open Settings window and select “Revoke consent”, which amounts to revoking consent to the Privacy Policy and exercising the right to be forgotten. Note that the process of data erasure may take several days as the data is queued for deletion by our automated backend services. After selecting “Revoke consent” the game will take you the rest of the way through an easy confirmation process that ensures deleting the data by mistake is not possible.
If for whatever reason you are unable to access the player profile, you can still request data erasure via our community support at bladebound.support@artifexmundi.com However, please make sure to provide us with either user ID (as visible in the Settings screen) or user name. Without one of those we won’t be able to locate your account.
