Przemysław Błaszczyk
President of the Management Board

Graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Finance and Banking. Manager with over 14 years of experience in various financial fields. Among others, he worked for PwC (2008-2013), Euronet (2013-2017), and BeamUp Payments (2017-2018).
Przemysław Błaszczyk has been a part of the company since September 2018, when he assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer. On February 26, 2019, Przemysław Błaszczyk was appointed to the company’s Management Board. As Member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer in the period of 2018-2020, he was responsible for devising and implementing the company’s financial strategy. Since October 1, 2020, as President of the Management Board, he’s been responsible for the Group’s strategy and operations.
Kamil Urbanek
Member of the Management Board

Graduate of the Silesian University of Technology with a degree in IT and active in the video games industry for over 15 years. He’s one of the co-founders of the Artifex Mundi studio and a co-creator of the Spark Casual Engine solution, which allowed the company to develop nearly 100 products. He has considerable experience in multi-platform projects.
In Artifex Mundi’s Management Board, he’s responsible for the strategy and operations of the Hidden Object studio.
Robert Mikuszewski
Member of the Management Board

Robert Mikuszewski is a manager with over 15 years of experience in the video games industry. He graduated from the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice. Robert Mikuszewski is one of the company’s founders, who’s been a part of it since 2012. From July 2014 to January 2016, he acted as a Member of the Management Board. In the past, he managed individual projects and held the position of Production Director.
In Artifex Mundi’s Management Board, he’s responsible for the strategy and operations of the RPG studio.
Tomasz Grudziński
Chairman of the Supervisory Board

A graduate of the Silesian University of Technology, he’s been associated with the video games industry from the beginning of his career. In 2006, he founded the Artifex Mundi studio together with a group of friends who were equally passionate about programming. Within a decade, the company became one of the leading adventure game publishers and developers in the world, with a workforce of nearly 150 experts in various fields.
Tomasz Grudziński is extremely knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to developing games and managing complex projects. As one of the people behind Artifex Mundi’s success, he’s generously contributed to the studio’s portfolio. Over the past years, he established cooperation with the largest global game developers and publishers.
Rafał Wroński
Member of the Supervisory Board

A graduate of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology and a programming enthusiast, he’s been associated with the video games industry for almost 10 years. One of the co-founders of Artifex Mundi. Member of many development teams responsible for creating Artifex Mundi games over the years.
Robert Ditrych
Member of the Supervisory Board

Robert Ditrych is highly educated: he graduated from the Faculty of Management at the University of Lodz (specialization: Enterprise Finances and Strategies) and also studied Economics at Tampere University (Finland) and Business Studies at the Tampere University of Technology. In 2011, he completed the Executive Education – Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) program at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania (US), and in 2013, the Executive Development Program at the University of Chicago – Booth School of Business. Right now, he’s participating in the Executive MBA program at the University of Chicago – Booth School of Business (US).
Robert Ditrych is experienced in equity investments, as well as transaction and strategy consulting for companies from various industries. Since the beginning of his career, he’s been working in the investment sector and dealing with private equity investments. At Helix Ventures, he was responsible for the supervision of transaction consulting projects and the investment analyses of the Helix Ventures Partners FIZ venture capital fund for investments in TMT companies at early development stages. He also participated in the processes of financial and operational restructuring of leading Polish enterprises, conducted by the Helix Ventures consulting team.
From May 2010, he acted as a consultant to the President of the Management Board of “Paged” S.A. and CFO (Chief Financial Officer) of the Paged S.A. Group. From August 2011 to December 2016, he was a Member of the Management Board of “Paged” S.A., acting as its Vice President. In the Paged Group, he was responsible for the acquisition deal of “Sklejka Pisz” Paged S.A. In the period of 2013-2015, he was responsible for the financial and operational restructuring of Paged Meble S.A. as Vice President of the Management Board in charge of the company’s finances. In 2014, together with the investment team of Paged S.A., he concluded the acquisition deal of Europa Systems Sp. z o.o.
Robert Ditrych also held supervisory positions in the following companies: “Sklejka-Pisz” Paged S.A. (Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board), “Paged-Sklejka” S.A. (Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board), Paged Meble S.A. (Member of the Supervisory Board), DTP S.A. (Member of the Supervisory Board), Debt Trading Partners Sp. z o.o. (Member of the Supervisory Board), Ivopol sp. z o.o. (Member of the Supervisory Board). At the moment, he is on the Supervisory Board of Rubicon Partners S.A.
Robert Ditrych has declared that he does not engage in any activities in competition with the business conducted by Artifex Mundi S.A., nor does he engage in any activities at other companies that undertake competitive activities as a member of the governing bodies of a limited company or as a partner in a partnership or private partnership.
Ewelina Nowakowska
Member of the Supervisory Board

Tax consultant. Graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Warsaw. In 2005, she graduated in Finance and Banking, with specializations in Corporate Financial Law, Corporate Finance Management, and Investments and Real Estate. Partner and tax consultant at HLB M2 Audyt sp. z o.o. sp. k. From 2005, she worked in the Department of Tax Advisory at KPMG Tax sp. z o.o. in Warsaw (which is now called KPMG Tax M. Michna sp. k.). Since October 2007, she’s been employed at Ernst & Young sp. z o.o. (which is now called EY) in Kraków. Since October 2009, she’s been working as a tax consultant at HLB M2 Audyt sp. z o.o. She’s gained professional experience by participating in consultations for the largest Polish and foreign business entities operating in the Polish market. In 2014, she was listed in the ranking of the best tax consultants published by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, where she was placed third in the VAT category.
Przemysław Danowski
Member of the Supervisory Board

Przemysław Danowski has over 15 years of experience in the fields of venture capital, private equity, and investment banking. Since 2009, he’s been a part of Warsaw Equity Group, where he’s been acting as a Member of the Management Board since 2015. He’s been in charge of over 10 investments in tech companies and arranged numerous M&A deals and IPOs of portfolio companies. He’s also played an operating role in management boards, among others, at ZPC Otmuchów. He belongs to supervisory boards of such companies as Baltchem, Contec, PKG, and Vigo Photonics. Before joining WEG, in the period 2006-2009, he worked at the Trigon Group, where he carried out M&A projects and handled public offerings, mostly in the sector of advanced technologies and media.
He graduated from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Finance and Banking. He also passed the third-level Chartered Financial Analyst exam held by the CFA Institute.
Filip Gorczyca
Member of the Supervisory Board

Filip Gorczyca is a Management Board Member at the Association of Independent Non-Executive Directors. He represents the Association at the Board of ecoDa, an umbrella organisation comprising the main national institutes of directors in Europe, among others acting as Chairman of ecoDa’s Working Group on Corporate Governance of State-Owned Enterprises. He is also a Member of The Advisory Group to The Investor and Other Stakeholders Working Group at The International Forum of Independent Audit Regulators.
He currently sits on the Supervisory Boards and Audit Committees of five publicly listed companies: PZU, CCC, Ferro, Develia and Artifex Mundi. He also serves as Chairman of the Audit Committees at CCC and Develia. His prior Non-Executive Director roles include serving as a Supervisory Board Member at Protektor and as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Money Makers TFI.
In executive leadership, he was CFO and Deputy CEO of Alior Bank from 2017 to 2019 and a Management Board Member at Luma Holding Ltd., a private equity fund, from 2020 to 2021. Earlier in his career, he played a key role in Medicover Group’s IPO on the Stockholm Stock Exchange as Senior Investment Director (2016-2017). From 2004 to 2016 he worked at PwC, where from 2011 as Vice Director he was responsible for services related to capital markets in Central and Eastern Europe.
He is a graduate of executive education programs at Harvard Business School and Singularity University and holds a master’s degree in finance and banking from the Warsaw School of Economics. He is a certified public accountant in Poland and an ACCA Fellow.
Jakub Głowaczewski
Member of the Supervisory Board

A graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Finance and Accounting. Investment specialist with over 5 years of experience in various areas related to finance and capital investments. He worked for KPMG, Pekao S.A, JP Weber, among others. Since January 2023, he has been associated with Warsaw Equity Group as an Investment Associate. He passed the third-level Charted Financial Analyst exam organized by the CFA Institute.
