According to preliminary estimates, in September of the current year, the publicly listed game developer and publisher increased its sales by 5% YoY, reaching PLN 2.9 million. The increase in Artifex Mundi’s revenues was brought about by the growing profits from the free-to-play segment, with the Unsolved application in the forefront, whose revenues from commercialization in September increased by 62%, reaching PLN 1.9 million.
In September, the revenues from the free-to-play segment increased by 43%, reaching PLN 2.0 million. In the last month, the revenues from the HOPA premium segment amounted to less than PLN 0.9 million, compared to PLN 1.3 million in the previous year. According to preliminary data, in the entire 3rd quarter, the Group’s sales amounted to PLN 8.9 million, compared to PLN 9.1 million in the previous year. In that period, the revenues from the F2P segment increased by over 20%, reaching PLN 6 million.
The publicly listed company’s driving force remains the Unsolved mobile app, which offers players the chance to play some of the HOPA games available in Artifex Mundi’s portfolio for a limited time (based on usable energy, which is slightly renewed every day and can be purchased in the application). In the 3rd quarter of the current year, the revenues from its commercialization increased by 33%, reaching PLN 5.5 million.
“We continue the implementation of Unsolved’s development plan while simultaneously working on its improvement and gradually developing its new version. In the last quarter, we were still expanding the content available in the app by adding new titles and optimizing their order. We’re regularly improving the application’s KPIs, which translates into its growing profitability,” says Przemysław Błaszczyk, President of the publicly listed company.
