The game producer and publisher reported its income in October this year to be almost 8.5 million PLN in comparison to 8.2 million PLN in the previous year. The Unsolved game, which is the flagship product of Artifex Mundi, generates majority of the company’s sale, with year-on-year 8 % increase of related commercialization income, up to 7.9 million PLN.The first commercialisation margin of Unsolved (revenue minus player acquisition expenses) went up from less than 3.5 million PLN in October 2023 to 3.7 million PLN in the previous month.
Player acquisition expenses in October amounted to 4.2 million PLN against 4.4. million PLN in September this year, and less than 3.9 million PLN.The decrease in marketing expenditures is related to the inrease of advertising rates observed since the mid-September this year.
During 10 months of 2024 Artifex Mundi has earned as much as 86.8 million PLN, which is higher by 29 % in comparison to the same period of 2023. During this period, the income generated by Unsolved went up by 39 % and amounted to 79.6 million PLN. The first margin related to Unsolved commercialisation has spiked up year-on-year by 58 %, i.e. to 35 million PLN.
– Despite the fact that external conditions are challenging, both on the on-line advertising and foreign exchange markets, we consistently pursue our Unsolved development plan, which is one of the pillars of Artifex Mundi’s strategy.We assume that in the upcoming weeks, due to the seasonal competition surge in the area of visibility in the main advertising channels, we will focus on maximizing sales profitability, decreasing outlays for expanding Unsolved player base.We are satisfied with the outcome of game development efforts we have made during the last few months, as they strenghten commercial potential thereof – says Przemysław Błaszczyk, the President of Artifex Mundi.
