WHAT IS AM CLUB?

AM Club is a subscription based model for Artifex Mundi fans that will get you one new Artifex Mundi game every month! Once a month you will receive a golden key on your account that we call an Unlock. You can exchange it for any game available in the Club! Additionally every AM Club subscriber has a 30% discount on other Artifex Mundi Club games!

HOW TO JOIN AM CLUB?

It’s quite easy!

  1. Download and install any game that is included in AM Club.
  2. Press the „Unlock Now” button in the main menu of the game.
  3. Click the „Subscribe” button on the left side of the screen.
  4. If prompted, select the Google Play or Game Center account you want to use to create your AM Club account.
  5. Accept your payment.
  6. Congratulations! You are now an AM Club member and you can unlock one game from the catalog. It can be a game that you have installed, or you can choose another game from AM Club.

HOW TO CANCEL MY AM CLUB SUBSCRIPTION?

You can easily end your AM Club subscription whenever you want!

To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

Google Play:

  1. Open the Google Play store on your phone or tablet
  2. Select Menu -> Subscriptions
  3. Select the subscription you want to cancel
  4. Press „Cancel subscription”
  5. Follow the further instructions

iOS:

  1. Launch the Settings app.
  2. Tap iTunes & App Store.
  3. Tap on your Apple ID.
  4. Tap View Apple ID when the pop up window appears.
  5. Enter your Apple ID password or fingerprint ID when prompted.
  6. Tap Subscriptions.
  7. Tap the Subscription you want to cancel.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

If you cancel a subscription, it will end on the last day of the ongoing billing cycle. The next free unlock will not be granted for your account and you won’t be charged with next subscription payment. The games that you have unlocked will be still available for you.

Your free unlocks will be valid for the next 90 days from the last day of the last billing cycle. However, to be able to use free unlocks, your subscription must be active again.

HOW TO USE THE FREE UNLOCKS?

If you are an AM Club member, all you need to do is download and install the game from the AM Club catalogue, select „unblock now” in the main menu, and then choose the payment method. You can also be asked to choose a Google Play or Game Center account. You will also be informed, how many free unlocks are available. You won’t lose your unused free unlocks – they will be available also in the next billing cycles, so you can use them whenever you want.

CAN I PLAY OFFLINE?

Yes! Internet connection is required only to download the game, log in to your account and either use a free AM Club Unlock or buy the game for reduced price.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER FEES CHARGED?

There are no hidden fees. You pay only for a monthly subscription, unless you decide to buy another game from the AM Club catalog. In this case, you will be charged – of course including a 30% discount.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET A REFUND FOR A SUBSCRIPTION?

It is not possible. If you want to end your subscription, remember to cancel it before the end of the billing cycle.

WHERE CAN I FIND THE CONFIRMATION OF MY PURCHASE?

All the payment confirmations can be found in your email inbox. Remember to log in using the same account you used to start the subscription. The title of each receipt is the title of the game, where you initially subscribed.

WHEN IS THE NEXT PAYMENT / THE NEXT FREE UNLOCK?

At the moment, the player is not able to check when is the next payment and the next free unlock. Currently we are working on the possibility of an easy preview of upcoming payments and the dates of subsequent free unlocks.

If your subscription started on October 3rd, the next payment and another free unlock will take place on November 3rd.

HOW CAN I CHECK WHICH GAMES I HAVE ALREADY UNLOCKED?

Unfortunately, at this moment there is no way to check which games have already been unlocked and are assigned to your account. This is a highly requested feature and we are working on it 😉
